Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By using Baekhyun Bot ("the Bot") in any Discord server or through its web portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Bot, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Bot

You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purpose — a K-pop card collecting game. You agree not to:

• ·Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• ·Use automation, bots, or scripts to interact with the Bot
• ·Attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the Bot or its database
• ·Harass other users through the Bot's features
• ·Sell, trade, or exchange in-game items or accounts for real money

4. Virtual Items

All in-game items, cards, coins, and currency are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset any virtual items at any time. Purchases made through Ko-fi are for supporter benefits only and do not guarantee any specific in-game outcome.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to blacklist or ban any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion. Banned users will lose access to all in-game data and items with no possibility of refund.

6. Availability

The Bot is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
