1. What We Collect

When you use Baekhyun Bot, we store the following information in our database:

• ·Discord User ID — to identify your account across servers
• ·Discord Username — displayed in the web portal when you log in
• ·Discord Avatar — displayed in the web portal
• ·In-game data — your card collection, balance, profile settings, cooldowns, group membership
• ·Server ID — to know which server commands were used in

We do not collect your email address, password, real name, or any other personal information.

2. How We Use It

The data we collect is used exclusively to:

• ·Operate the card collecting game and its features
• ·Display your profile, inventory, and stats
• ·Authenticate you on the web portal via Discord OAuth2
• ·Process in-game actions (drops, battles, missions, etc.)
• ·Enforce game rules and prevent abuse

3. Data Storage

All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Web portal sessions are stored in memory and expire after 7 days. We do not use cookies beyond a session token required for the web portal to function — no advertising or tracking cookies, ever. Your display preferences (such as day/night theme) are kept in your browser's local storage and are never sent to our servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. The only external service involved is Discord itself, whose own Privacy Policy applies to your use of their platform.

5. Data Retention

Your data is kept for as long as you use the Bot. If you would like your data deleted, contact us through our Discord support server and we will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

6. Discord OAuth2

The web portal uses Discord OAuth2 to authenticate users. We only request the identify scope, which gives us access to your Discord username, ID, and avatar. We do not access your messages, servers, or any other Discord data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• ·Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• ·Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• ·Stop using the Bot at any time — we will not retain your data beyond what is needed

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
